Is there any neutral character or monster that could potentially be summoned by all factions? Something like binding a major daemon to your will (Bel'akor, maybe?), but that would work only for chaos factions. Translated to Total War, it would be an item that, if you hold on it long enough, you would be able to summon a very strong monster, hero or lord. If you hold it for long enough, you get the ability to summon either Sauron or Galadrielle, depending on your faction. If some of you guys remember "Battle for Middle Earth 2", there was a very interesting mechanic with the One Ring: Gollum would randomly spawn on the map, and the one who kills him gets the ring.

Faction Outfits also change automatically based on faction rank.
